Common sense amongst the fads and myths
Pays to eat the healthy stuff, doesn't it? You get so much more! And I'm all about quantity. :) I think about this volume thing when I work out and feel so buff that I burned 400 or 500 calories. In the scheme of food, as your link showed, it's easy to gobble that back up and more!
