Work, writing and weight training are getting slightly in the way of my posts here, but I just want to share this interesting link with you.
wiseGEEK have posted pictures of food all equalling 200 calories. Most of it is obvious, but there are still a couple of surprises.
Pays to eat the healthy stuff, doesn't it? You get so much more! And I'm all about quantity. :)
ReplyDeleteI think about this volume thing when I work out and feel so buff that I burned 400 or 500 calories. In the scheme of food, as your link showed, it's easy to gobble that back up and more!
